Explore Our Curriculum

Here at Little Cub’z Learning Center we utilize The Creative Curriculum in each classroom at every age level. It’s adapted for each development stage and balances both teacher-directed and child-initiated learning. While never losing sight of the primary importance of social/emotional development, the curriculum teaches concept in:

TECHNOLOGY

The most important goal of our Early Childhood Program is to help children become enthusiastic learners. This means to encourage children to be active and creative explorers who are not afraid to try out their ideas and to think their own thoughts. Our goal is to help children to become independent, self-confident, inquisitive learners. We are teaching them how to learn, not just in preschool, but all through their lives. We are giving them good habits and attitudes, particularly a positive sense of themselves, which will make a difference throughout their lives.

The Creative Curriculum covers four areas that help the child to grow as a whole in a healthy and development way:

Social/Emotional

Independence,
self-confidence,
self-control, following rules, making friends and being part of a group.

Physical

Large muscles skills such as balancing, running, jumping , throwing and catching. Small muscles for buttoning, stringing beads, cutting , drawing and writing.

Cognitive
